1. Bookings and Deposits:

1.1. All appointments for tattoo and piercing services at Epic Tattoos are subject to availability.

1.2. To secure and confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.

1.3. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellations. The deposit can however be used towards any future tattoo you decide to get with us. 

1.4 We understand that plans might change, but we ask that you give us a minimum of 72 hours if you plan to reschedue your appointment. Rescheduling made within this period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
 

2. Services:

2.1. Epic Tattoos reserves the right to refuse service if the client is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or displays inappropriate behavior that could compromise the safety or well-being of our artists and staff.

2.2. Our artists and staff have the right to cease the service at any time if they deem it necessary due to health concerns, inappropriate conduct, or any other reasonable grounds.
 

3. Age and Consent:

3.1. Clients must be of legal age to receive tattoo or piercing services in accordance with local laws. Proof of identification may be required.

3.2. For clients under the legal age, parental or legal guardian consent is required, along with the presence of the consenting adult during the piericing.
 

4. Design Approval and Modifications:

4.1. Clients must approve the final design before the commencement of the service. Modifications can only be made before the beginning of the tattoo or piercing procedure.
 

5. Health and Safety:

5.1. Clients must follow the provided aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing and to minimize health risks associated with tattoos or piercings.

5.2. Epic Tattoos cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions, infections, or complications that may arise after the service due to the client's negligence of aftercare instructions.
 

6. Liability:

6.1. Epic Tattoos will not be held liable for any pre-existing conditions, complications, or dissatisfaction with the final result of the tattoo or piercing.
 

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

7.1. Epic Tattoos reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Clients will be subject to the terms and conditions in place at the time of their appointment.
